  • The Levittown Property Owner's Association (LPOA) will meet Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. at the Levittown Library, the last meeting before summer vacation. They will be discussing the North Village Green and Crocus Lane housing projects, as well as an issue with a local movie theater owner who wishes to serve alcohol.   • Three teens were arrested recently for criminal mischief, and a number of grand larceny arrests and DWI's occurred this past week in the Levittown area, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
  • There is a free Hofstra basketball clinic coming to Levittown on July 26 at the East Village Green. Check out more info. here. 
  • A number of Wisdom Lane students received honors at the 2012 LI Science Congress - they competed against 600 other students in the areas of biology, chemistry, earth space and energy science, physical science, ecology and behavioral science.
