Disney on Ice Visits The Little Gym of Levittown

Right before their upcoming weekend performances at Nassau Coliseum, Disney on Ice skaters and two popular Disney characters paid a visit to some excited local kids at The Little Gym of Levittown on Wednesday afternoon.

The special fitness event featured an appearance from Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl from The Incredibles, as well as performers in the show, "Treasure Trove."

Kids were selected to participate in this special fitness event through a lottery at the Little Gym, owner Tina Lopano explained.

Performers in the show are professional skaters from across the world, including Nathan Miller, who was a competitive figure skater for Team USA for 5 years, Johan Lundquist, from Sweden, and Shelley Miller, from California.

"Getting to see the kids everyday in the show is probably the best part," said Nathan, who portrays Prince Naveev from "Princess and the Frog."To get everyone dancing and have a good time during the show, I really enjoy it."

Characters who appear in the show include Disney princesses such as: Tiana, Cinderella, Jasmine, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Mulan and of course, the one who started it all, Snow White, as well as characters from The Lion King and Peter Pan.

Disney On Ice presents "Treasure Trove" will be performed at Nassau Coliseum from Jan. 10 -13. Tickets can be bought here.
