Huff/Post 50: Excerpts, Playlists About Levittown

Excerpts from Steve Bergsman's book and a playlist supplied by Eddie Money were among the content published by the baby boomer-themed section.

On Wednesday, the Huffington Post's baby boomer-themed Huff/Post 50 posted its third excerpt from Steve Bergsman's book Growing Up Levittown since the site's launch last Monday. Wednesday's excerpt, titled "The Kiss," is in addition to excerpts titled "The Brawl" and "The Hop" that were published on the site's launch date last Monday. Bergsman, a 1967 Island Trees High School graduate, did a two-part interview with Patch about his book in August and gave a presentation on the book at his alma mater in September.

Also featured on the Huff/Post 50's Levittown feature was a playlist of songs that influenced rock star Eddie Money's music. Money, who grew up in Levittown as Eddie Mahoney, was interviewed in Huff/Post 50's feature on Levittown, as was Bergsman.
