Miller’s Team Brings Christmas Joy

Christmas Charity Collections have long been a tradition at Miller’s Ale House of Levittown, NY.  During the weeks after Thanksgiving, Santa Lance Wolff, manager at the restaurant establishment carefully orchestrates toy collections, gift wrappings, appearances, and deliveries of gifts to many less fortunate children in the Long Island and surrounding area.

On Thursday, December 20, 2012, Santa Lance and his team of elves visited a school in Washington Heights.  They delivered early Christmas Joy to 300 neglected and abused children under the direction of the U.S. Marine Corps’ “Toys for Tots” program.  This first stop was only the beginning of their very hectic Christmas schedule.

Christmas Day began with Reindeer Kevin arriving in his limousine sleigh at Miller’s Ale House.  He picked up Santa Lance and his adorable elves: Michelle, Kristy, Courtney, and Christina.  These ladies, who are part of the wait staff, along with Alex (bar staff) and Rich Gent, another manager were joined by Jodi Goldberg, an interviewer from Fios 1 TV.  Ms. Goldberg interviewed and documented the Miller’s Christmas team as they visited numerous residences in Nassau County distributing toys along the way.
