Variance Hearing
The owner of 123 Balsam Ln has applied for a variance at this property The hearing is scheduled for 2/6/13 at the board of zoning appeals. The four variances include a multiple use for a one family dwelling,installation of a dumpster, on and off street parking and installation of a 6ft fence on the residential side of the property. This will impact the quality of life as we know it. The residents of Balsam Ln are opposed to this and although it directly impacts us remember any approval could directly impact you if a similar situation arises
