Variance Hearing

The owner of 123 Balsam Ln has applied for a variance at this property The hearing is scheduled for 2/6/13 at the board of zoning appeals. The four variances include a multiple use for a one family dwelling,installation of a dumpster, on and off street parking and installation of a 6ft fence on the residential side of the property. This will impact the quality of life as we know it.
