For the second consecutive year, the Levittown Community Church hosted a Tribute to Veterans Benefit Concert in honor of Veterans Day.
The Nov. 9 event was spearheaded by Joanne Terrell, who also emceed with Pastor Joe Cusack. Several local musicians performed and other community members spoke about their pride for the country's veterans.
Concert-goers were asked to donate toiletries and other supplies that would be sent to various veterans' groups in the community, including the VA Hospital in Northport and Soldiers' Angels.
