Community Update

I went in as a first time new customer and was very disappointed. I had a coupon that said color and a cut for 39 dollars. I called made the appointment spoke about the coupon on the phone and was all set. However, when i got there all of a sudden the color was only for a root touch up and the cut was onlymfor a trim. These people should really be ashamed of themselves for yheir dishonesty. I stayed and got foil hiligts and a haircut and was charged $165. Thats a huge difference from the $39 i expected to be charged. I should have argued and made a stink but im not the confrontational type so i let myself be taken advantage of. I will never go back again.
