Listed for rent in Levittown is the building that housed the former Shy Lounge and Industry Night Club, which closed in 2011 after losing its cabaret permit.
The property is located at 2686 Hempstead Tpke., just east of the Wantagh Parkway entrance and next door to the Levittown OTB.
The building was previously listed for sale online for $850,000 and sold in August of 2013, according to LoopNet.com property records.
The owners are asking $13,500 a month rent, according to the listing at the MLSLI. The building was built in 1951 and has approximately 10,000 interior square footage, the listing says.
