New Restaurant Features Imported Brick Ovens
Pizza Fabbrica held its grand opening recently at 1040 South Broadway.
A new restaurant featuring brick oven pizzas has opened recently on South Broadway in nearby Hicksville.
The Grand Opening of Pizza Fabbrica was attended by Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano. The restaurant, located at 1040 South Broadway, features the wood burning ovens which are made of volcanic rock, imported from Italy.
Restaurant promoters say the staff is friendly and "treats everyone like family."
