Our spotlight is on Steve Philmus of Associated Brokerage Center, Inc., 3105 Hempstead Tpke, Levittown. Associated Brokerage has been a fixture in Levittown since 1958 with Steve at the helm for the past 30 years. Steve is a graduate of Long Island University’s Brooklyn campus where is received a B.S degree in 1970 and MBA in 1973. Married to Vicki for 42 years, they raised three children on Long Island and are the proud grandparents of eight grandchildren. His career in the insurance industry began when he graduated from college and went to work for Continental Insurance in their career training program. Steve’s career advanced there until 1978 when he decided to take the plunge and go into business for himself. He never looked back. With a staff of five employees, the insurance professionals of Associated Brokerage are dedicated to providing excellence in customer service.
