Last week we found a
1964 photo of Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown for auction on eBay.
In keeping with documentation of Levittown's rich history, this week we discovered a
1948 issue of LIFE Magazine.
Amongst other articles, this issue features a story about the "Nation's Biggest House Builder: William J. Levitt."
According to the seller:
