The driver of silver Jeep fled the scene and his passenger was arrested after crashing into two cars at the intersection of Constellation Road and Jerusalem Avenue at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Two people were injured and police are actively searching for the driver of the Jeep.
