Holiday Guide: Shopping for Christmas in Levittown

Batter's Up: Located on the border of Levittown and Bethpage at 130 Hicksville Rd., Batter's Up Batting Cages and 18-Hole Miniature Golf turns into a winter wonderland each holiday season. Shoppers can find Christmas trees of all shapes and sizes, along with holiday wreaths and select decorations. The space is open daily until 9 p.m.

Michael's: Though you won't be able to pick and choose from live trees here, Michael's is a great one-stop shop for the holiday season. Michael's, located in the Nassau Mall, offers an array of artificial trees in various sizes and a wide selection of indoor and outdoor decorations including festive lights, holiday dishes and unique handcrafted ornaments.

Levittown Fire Department: The Levittown Fire Department Station 3, located at 240 N. Wantagh Ave., lines its property with fresh Christmas trees every December. The lot is open to shoppers Monday through Friday from noon until 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.

Target: Target of Levittown is fully stocked for the holiday season, whether shoppers are searching for lawn decorations, door wreaths, artificial Christmas trees, wrapping paper or holiday cards. Through Dec. 23, Target will be holding special holiday hours, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until midnight and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.

A.C. Moore: A.C. Moore, located at 3988 Hempstead Tpke. in Bethpage, offers various holiday lights, wreaths, ornaments and more. The arts and crafts shop also stocks a selection of holiday crafts to design your own special ornaments.

Dollar Tree: When your holiday shopping is all over, make a stop at Dollar Tree where customers can find the most affordable stock of wrapping paper, gift bags, decorations and holiday greeting cards. Located at 3767 Hempstead Tpke., Dollar Tree is open daily until 10 p.m.
