June 11: Levittown Man Arrested, House Fire

A look at the top stories and announcements for Monday.

 

  • A Levittown family escaped a house fire on Sunday unharmed. There were several people in the Bayberry Ln. home, including a couple of small children, when the fire broke out around 4 p.m., but they were able to self evacuate.
  • A Levittown man was arrested in Elmont Saturday night after allegedly choking a teen and impersonating a federal agent. Read the story here.
  • The Levittown Property Owners Association meets on Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. at the Levittown Library.

  • The Levittown Public Library holds "Shake 'N Make Music" at 7:30 p.m. Children ages 1-5 (not yet in Kindergarten) are invited to a high energy event filled with music and movement.
