1) Today is Halloween, and it is also the last day to enter Patch's Halloween contest. To find out how to do so, go . Entries must be submitted before 9 p.m.
2) The will have a program for children aged 1 1/2 to 5 featuring Matt the Magician at 11:30 a.m. Children are encouraged to go in costume.
3) The Island Trees Public Library will be accepting trick-or-treaters, so feel free to on your quest for candy.
4) The Levittown Patch will also be posting three articles and photo galleries on Halloween-themed events and decorations in the community later today. Look for them all to be posted between 10 a.m. and noon.
5) One non-Halloween-related note: Patch is posting a Mapquest in the Levittown area for the first time today. You can use it to check the traffic conditions before you leave. If you know of any traffic problems in the area, you can also post them in the comments.
