Our Heroes Night Out to Hold Fundraiser for Sandy Victims

Our Heroes Night Out, a Levittown charity group that honors
and supports the homeless veterans living in a facility at Northport
Veterans, will be holding a fundraiser for veterans and victims of Hurricane Sandy on Friday, Nov. 30.

The event features an evening of spiritual reading with Janet Russell, and will run from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Levittown Hall, located at 201 Levittown Pky. in Hicksville.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door, for a 50/50 and grab bag raffle. Originally, all proceeds were to go to Our Heroes Night Out and the D.A.V., but  20 percent of proceeds will now benefit "Help Lindy," for victims of Superstorm Sandy.
