News about the new, expanded CVS opening up in Levittown across the street from the current location has some residents mixed about whether or not it is necessary.
The new CVS, scheduled to open in late January, features 2,900 square feet and a drive-through pharmacy. The current CVS, located across the street at 2977 Hempstead Tpke., will close down once the new one opens.

Maria Gala-Sorbello - "Hopefully 50% larger translates to a few job openings. The current cvs is a bit tired."
Jeanette Eichele - "they're replacing the current one on hempstead tpke. so it's not an additional cvs. but i'm lazy and don't want to have to cross hempstead tpke! so i say BOO!"
Vicky Kaparos-Fradella - "...Won't be crossing the Tpke. just because its "bigger".It kind of stinks actually. Wish they would have just left it where it was."
