Two Injured After Car Strikes Pole in Levittown
Accident occurred on Jerusalem Avenue and Heather Lane.
Two people were injured in a single car accident Friday afternoon when the driver of the car lost control and struck a pole on Jerusalem Avenue and Heather Lane.
The driver and passenger were transported to NUMC after their car struck the utility pole, police said. Their condition is unknown.
LIPA was also notified to respond and inspect the pole after the accident.
