• Tom adamantly supports the recent NewYork State bill, which will allowmunicipalities to regulate, control andmanage the sale of animals by pet dealers.


• Tom has made a commitment to continue his fight for the animals by crackingdown on puppy mills and holding animal abusers accountable.


• If elected Tom will create an unprecedented committee of reputable animal welfare experts for the purpose of protecting all animals, both wildlife and domestic.
