Division Senior Mark Martinez Commits to Play Baseball at Lackawanna College

The Levittown School District has announced that Division Avenue High School senior Mark Martinez has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pa. 

Martinez has been a three-year starter as a third baseman and pitcher for the Blue Dragons. An All-Conference player, Martinez was instrumental in the team earning the 2013 Conference A-II championship. Mark batted .338 with 20 RBIs and 19 scored runs, while also going 4-2 with 38 strikeouts on the mound.   

Division Avenue Principal Joan Lorelli and varsity baseball coach Tom Tuttle join the Levittown community in congratulating Mark on his remarkable career with the Blue Dragons.
