Technician

Key to Job / Special Instructions:
Water Damage/ Cleaning Crew Technician
Up to 7 positions available.

Reports to : Project Manager
Working hours: M-F 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
After hours on Call: On call 24/7 rotating shift.

Description:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:    

• 
  Perform water, fire, and smoke damage clean up

• 
  Inventory handle, package and move customer's items with care

• 
  Record data, take photos and prepare reports, summaries, or graphs

• 
  Transport, set up and remove equipment in customer's homes with care

• 
  Communicate details of assignments, customer's concerns and requests

• 
  Work independently or as a part of a team

• 
  Follow and ensure safe practices for self and others

• 
  Must have full attention to detail

• 
  A High School diploma or GED

• 
  Valid Drivers License

• 
  Reliable Transportation

• 
  Pass a background check

• 
  Available to respond to 24 hour emergency calls

• 
  Ability to stand, squat, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, walk, push, pull, and crawl for long periods of time

• 
  ability to lift 35 lbs.

• 
  ability to work in confined spaces

• 
  capable of working is smoke damaged environments
