Governor's Comedy Show to Benefit Last Hope Animal Rescue

Money made on the April 7 show will benefit the not-for-profit organization.

Are you ready to laugh for a good cause?

Last Hope Animal Rescue, an organization dedicated to the rescue and rehab of animals that are stray or abandoned, will hold "LOL" Comedy Night at Governor's Comedy Club in Levittown on Sunday, April 7.

The show will specifically benefit Last Hope's dog and cat adoption programs plus community outreach, such as their"Fix-A- Feral" voucher program.

Tickets for the event are $20 (all of which will be donated to Last Hope), there is a two-drink minimum and you must be over 18 to attend. There will also be a selection of raffle baskets and a 50/50.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and showtime is 8 p.m. For more info. and to purchase tickets online, please visit the Last Hope website.

All tickets purchased by March 31 will be mailed – tickets purchased after will be available at our “Will Call." Please note that tickets will not be sold at the door.

Just an update to date we have raised $750 dollars once we reach the first $1000 Shelly will haveRead More her first surgery to correct her right leg then 8 - 12 weeks later hopefully the funds will be available to correct her left leg
