Community Update

I do not recommend this dance school to any parents who have toddlers. Its environment is unprofessional and non-nurturing, lacking the warmth, patience and sensitivity that young children need and deserve. Not only did the regular instructor fail to show up the last day of class for a proper good-bye, but there was no "send off" or show of appreciation in celebration and recognition of these young impressionable 2 and 3 year olds for their hard work and commitment. Adding insult to injury, the substitute assigned the last day was clueless over the class' usual music and routines, which left the parents needing to instruct the instructor and even having to remind her to spot our children during tumbling. In expressing my disgust and disappointment to the owner, she showed zero regret over the clear display of unprofessionalism, mismanagement and inadequate behavior. Instead she became overly defensive, refusing to accept responsibility and accountability.
