Nightlife Happenings in Levittown

Story by Jen Marx.

An Educational Evening

Yes, everyone wants to have fun at night and on the weekends, but taking some time out to really focus on what you need to do is essential.

On Jan.  29, at 7 p.m., the Levittown Public Library will be hosting an event entitled "How to Challenge Your Tax Assessment." Hosted in the Mildred B. Cantor Community Room, this program will answer all of the questions you have during this season. Another session is occurring at 2 p.m. on the same day.

Catch Some Sports

When you want to want sports and grab some drinks with your friends at the same time, Faddy Malone's is the place to be.

15 televisions is surely enough to capture your attention. Perhaps watching sports is not your style, but singing is. Head over on Wednesday evenings to sing some karaoke favorites.

Fun for All

Sometimes, it's likely that you and your friends cannot decide between happy hour or playing a few rounds of pool.

Fortunately, one bar in town, Billy Batt's Bar and Grill, has it all. From pool tables and karaoke to happy hour specials and live musical entertainment, this bar has everything that you crave. Don't miss out on a game of darts and the delicious cuisine either.

 At the Nightclub

A mature crowd is what you seek, and that's exactly what you'll find at Ikon Lounge. Reserved strictly for the 25 and over crowd, this lounge has a dress code of no sneakers or athletic clothing.

You need a evening away from it, so enjoy drink specials until 1 a.m. and menu delights such as chicken parmesan, lamb chops and rum cake.
