Rice taught at Salk Middle School; passed away on June 10.
James F. Rice of Levittown, NY passed away on June 10, 2013 in his 76th year. Rice was a retired history teacher from Jonas E. Salk Middle School.
Beloved husband of Lorraine. Loving father of Lorraine Meyer (Christopher), James (Joan), Terrence, and Christine. Cherished grandfather of Shannon, Luke, Paige, and Brian.
Family will receive friends Friday, 2-5 and 7-9 pm, at Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Home, 603 Wantagh Ave. (Exit 28N SS PKWY) Wantagh, NY.
