Cops Seek Help in Finding CVS Thief

Suspect stole $4,000 in merchandise from Hicksville store on Old Country Road.

Nassau County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a thief who took about $4,000 of merchandise from the CVS store in Hicksville.

The incident took place on Saturday, Dec. 22, at about 6 p.m. when the man in the attached photo was seen inside CVS located at 202 Old Country Road, Hicksville.

The suspect stole assorted merchandise from rear storeroom and returned shortly after to steal additional fragrances from the store shelves, police said. The stolen merchandise was valued at about $4,000.

The man is described as Hispanic, 25-30 years of age, wearing a Yankee cap, light brown jacket, and black jeans. Subject fled the scene in dark colored Jeep with New York registration.
