Crime Report: Hit and Run, Larceny and Resisting Arrest

Recent police activity in Levittown as reported by the 8th Precinct.

  • A victim on Rural Lane reported a missing EZ pass and GPS from his unlocked car, which was located in his driveway, at 12 a.m. on Mar. 6.
  • A victim reported money and CD’s missing from his unlocked car parked in his driveway on Raspberry Lane at 12 a.m. on Mar. 6.
  • Joseph Marsh, 22 of Huntington, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he refused to stop his behavior and was continuing to cause a public disturbance at Industry Nightclub at 3:51 a.m. on Mar. 6.
  • Jennifer M. Obrisky, 24, of Wantagh, was arrested for larceny of assorted merchandise valued at $210 from Kohl’s at 7:10 p.m. on Mar. 6.
  • A victim reported the driver’s side window of their car smashed and a Sony removable radio faceplate missing from the vehicle on Schoolhouse Road at 12 a.m. on Mar. 7.
  • A victim was hit by a small four-door car while crossing the eastbound lanes on Hempstead Turnpike by Emerson Avenue at 11:55 a.m. on Mar. 8. The suspected vehicle fled the scene of the accident.
  • Colin Whyte, 22, of North Massapequa, and Joseph Siederman, 25, of Levittown, were both arrested for resisting arrest at Faddy Malone’s at 2:20 a.m. on Mar. 10.
  • Erin Siederman, 21, of Levittown, was arrested for obstruction of government administration for physically interfering with an arrest of a suspect by jumping onto a police officer’s back at Faddy Malone’s at 2:20 a.m. on Mar. 10.
  • Joseph Whyte, 22, of North Massapequa, was arrested for disorderly conduct at Faddy Malone's at 2:20 a.m. on Mar. 10.
  • A victim reported two men wearing hooded sweatshirts inside his car and, afterwards, said money and GPS were missing from the vehicle on Swing Lane at 2:35 a.m. on Mar. 10.
  • Stevie Conway, 18, of Hicksville, was arrested for DWI on Hempstead Turnpike at Division Avenue at 5:02 a.m. on Mar. 11

Just an update to date we have raised $750 dollars once we reach the first $1000 Shelly will haveRead More her first surgery to correct her right leg then 8 - 12 weeks later hopefully the funds will be available to correct her left leg
