Levittown Man Arrested in Massapequa for Selling Narcotics

Frank Vaccaro allegedly sold a quantity of 30-milligram Oxycodone pills in February.

A Levittown man was arrested Tuesday night in Massapequa for criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

According to Nassau County detectives, Frank Vaccaro, 23, of Levittown, allegedly sold a quantity of 30-milligram Oxycodone pills to another person for an agreed upon amount of money in North Massapequa back on Feb. 7 and Feb. 21, 2011.

Vaccaro was located on Tuesday at 10:20 p.m. in the vicinity of Hicksville Road in Massapequa and placed under arrest.

Vaccaro is being charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
