Police: Man in Possession of 15 Fake Credit Cards Arrested

A Baldwin man who was pulled over by police in Levittown was found to be in possession of 15 fraudulent American Express and Visa credit and gift cards, Nassau County Police said. 

Police conducted the car stop on Friday morning at 12:15 a.m. on Hempstead Turnpike, in the vicinity of Center Lane. After interviewing the driver and conducting an investigation, police said that they found the man to be in possession of the fraudulent credit and gift cards. 

Farnell Florestal, 25, of Baldwin, was placed under arrest without incident, police said.

Florestla is charged with second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property, fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property and a vehicle & traffic law infraction.
