The Levittown Board of Education will be holding the first budget planning session on Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. in the large board room at Levittown Memorial, located at 150 Abbey Lane.
The meeting will give residents an overview of the tax cap levy, a breakdown of the 3-part component budget (Instruction, Administration, Capital) and a line item review of administration.
The second budget planning session is scheduled for March 20, the third is scheduled for April 3, and the fourth is scheduled for April 17 along with the first budget hearing. The budget vote will take place on Tuesday, May 21.
