Two Island Trees athlets were recently honored at the annual Nassau County Physical Education Awards Dinner at the Crest Hollow Country Club.

The event, held on Dec. 10, recognizes two outstanding senior students from every school district in Nassau County.

This year, Island Trees acknowledged Kristin Duthie and Theodore Connelly for being leaders and role model students through their four years in physical education class.

The physical education staff and the Island Trees community are proud of these two incredibly fine student athletes.
