Four members of Levittown’s MacArthur High School’s cross-country team were honored on Dec. 3 at the annual Nassau County Cross-Country Awards dinner for their impressive achievements this season.

The student honorees included: Ryan Clifford – All-Division, Steven Morra (All-Division), Erin Perotta (All-Conference) and Jennifer Race (All-Conference and All-Division).

The girls team concluded the season with a 9-4 record, and the boys wrapped up their season with an 8-5 record against some of the state’s top runners. The season was highlighted with a trip to the prestigious Brown University Invitational in November.

“These sports teams should be proud of their determination and dedication throughout the season,” Cross-Country coach John Reynolds stated. “They represented MacArthur High School admirably. Congratulations to all on a successful season.”
