VIDEO: Division Grad, Blind in One Eye, Plays College Lacrosse

The Molloy student's story was featured on a Hofstra student-run news program.

A Division grad's college lacrosse-playing exploits were recently featured on a Hofstra student-run news program.

Brian Farley is no ordinary athlete. The Molloy senior is playing at the Division II level despite being blind in one eye.

According to the Long Island Report, Farley started playing lacrosse while he was a sophomore at Division Avenue High School.

He was recruited to Molloy and has five goals and one assist in his senior season.

Farley graduated from Molloy in December and, according to the Long Island Report, plans on working in financial analysis after his senior season.

The video was produced by Hofstra student Kevin Dexter for the School of Communications program's news journal show "Hofstra News Now."
