Golf Tourney Raises More Than $75K for Big Brothers Big Sisters of LI

The event was held on July 2 at the Muttontown Country Club.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island (BBBSLI) held their 16th Annual Golf Outing on July 2 at the Muttontown Country Club in East Norwich, and raised more than $75,000.

BBBSLI, based in Levittown, matches "bigs" and "littles" to form "meaningful, professionally supported matches." Their mission is to provide children facing adversity with "strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better, forever."

Honoring Evan Leonard, President and Co-Founder of Chips Technology Group, LLC, the outing was attended by nearly 90 golfers and included 18 holes of golf, an on-course BBQ lunch, cocktail reception, gourmet buffet dinner and awards.
