Carol Klein, the Levittown woman who started the charitable organization "Our Heroes Night Out", set up an Asian cooking demonstration at the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center with noted local cookbook author Penn Hongthong Wednesday night.
Hongthong went the extra mile and also supplied a delicious dinner for more than 25 veterans who came to watch her.
