Cancellations and Closures in Levittown Due to Blizzard

With a blizzard warning issued for the area, activities planned for this weekend are already being canceled.

Here is the running list:

- Levittown School District: All afterschool activities including Drivers Education have been canceled for Friday, February 8 and Saturday, February 9. The LAP program will remain open.

- All Island Trees Schools afterschool activities are canceled.

- Levittown Library: The Live at the LPL Performance "A Touch of New Orleans & Love Songs" scheduled for Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. has been rescheduled for Friday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m.

- Town of Hempstead ANCHOR Program - Saturday activities canceled.

- Town of Hempstead Parks Department - all day, evening classes & activities canceled.

- Town of Hempstead Senior Enrichment - all activities canceled.
