He is looking for a profit earning business that benifits only those who can afford to go into an assisted living facility. It is not a business that benefits everyone. As far as what Cecilia and Mac have said, they are absolutely correct. If the community benefits from a business then it is worth the while to pursue it, but if it is going to destroy an area then what's the point? And remember, what ever business moves into a community, it can change the face of the community. Levittown was meant to be residential - a community for all the people to live in. A business will thrive if it can give back to the people, not take anything away from them.

People don't believe that having a three…Read More story facility in the heart of a residential area where there is no parking , where variances are required, where the bus route goes directly through, where they just awarded a variance for the massive church was issued and where the backyard would be a public pool is a great idea. The idea of senior housing in Levittown is great but there must be another way without building something of this size at this location.
