Levittown Community Council Hosts Annual Winter Festival

Local families gathered at Levittown Town Hall to escape the cold and have some fun.

The Levittown Community Council continued its decade-long tradition Saturday, holding their tenth annual Winter Festival at Levittown Town Hall.

Families, friends and local businesses joined together for an afternoon filled with arts and crafts, science experiments, toy trains, face painting and more.

Mr. Steve the Scientist offered various live demonstrations throughout the day, attracting a large audience of both children and adults. Nassau Lionel Operating Engineers also drew a big crowd to their oversized model train track. Artist Alison Gelbman also had a long line for her original Caricature portraits.
