It showed a group of kids beating up one teen who was already down on the ground next to the curb of an unidentified parking lot.

Levittown Patch brought the video to the attention of school and police officials, who were unaware of the incident.

Police said they are investigating the video.

The fight apparently took place one month after residents at a Neighborhood Watch meeting expressed concerns over local teen violence.

Other residents have complained directly to Patch and on Facebook about marauding teens.

Resident Maryann Brown told Levittown Patch in an email that she frequently witnesses teens hanging out at a Center Lane area known as  "the sump" or "ravine."

"Every weekend, almost without fail, very large groups of teenagers gather in the row of stores or the sump. They are drinking and get in fights vandalize the stores and and surrounding property," she said.

Another reader stated on Facebook that several teens, including her son, were attacked with weapons last Saturday night and "were sent to NUMC (Nassau University Medical Center) in serious condition."

Eighth Precinct police detectives confirm the above-mentioned incident is being investigated. School officials are also investigating.

It is unclear whether the video is linked to the incidents described to Patch.

Legis. Dennis Dunne, R-Levittown, who organized the February Neighborhood Watch meeting, called the latest allegations and the video "unacceptable."

Matthew Hogan contributed to this report.
