Active Parenting for Parents with Elementary School Age Children

All the love we have for our children does not automatically make us effective parents.  Parenting, like any other skill, is something we learn, and learning "on the job" can be frustrating.  As parents we become confused when, after constant repetition of the same theme, children still do not respond.  "Active Parenting" is perhaps the most effective program ever offered in the "how to" of raising children.

YES Community Counseling Center will be conducting and Active Parenting Program for parents with elementary school age children at our office located at 152 Center Lane, Levittown beginning Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm for six weeks.  The cost of the program is $60.  If you are interested in attending, please contact Angela Piccininni at YES Community Counseling Center, 516-799-3203.  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
